How a product reaches a customer

Four steps, in this order. We do not skip the first one.

  1. The brand authorizes us

    We ask for written authorization before we buy or list anything.

  2. We buy from the brand or an authorized distributor

    We ask that every invoice carry our legal name, Himalion Group LLC.

  3. Inventory goes to Amazon’s fulfillment centers in the United States

    We do not run a warehouse of our own.

  4. Amazon ships the order and supports the customer

    Amazon picks, packs and delivers each order and handles customer service for it.

What brands can expect from us

Our working rules, written down so they can be checked.

  • Authorized sourcing only.We buy from brands and their authorized distributors, not from unauthorized sellers or liquidators.
  • Pricing policies respected.We follow minimum advertised price (MAP) policies and the other rules a brand sets for online sellers.
  • Genuine, new products.We sell new products as the brand supplied them. Nothing is relabeled or repackaged without the brand’s approval.
  • Brand assets used with permission.We use a brand’s name, logo and images only as the brand allows.
  • One accountable contact.Questions go straight to the Director, Navin Sah.

  • written authorization to sell your products on Amazon.com
  • your wholesale price list and your minimum advertised price policy
